There are 88 residential lofts at Dockside Place with a wide variety of floor plans, but each will ultimately reflect the space and design requirements of its owner.

Each loft is complete and contains a full bath, modern kitchen, and utility room with heating and air conditioning equipment. Each buyer can design and finish the loft's interior to individual requirements. Although semi-new to Boston, the loft concept well received in a number of other American cities and buildings. Great potential and charm, infused with imagination does provide exceptionally pleasing living spaces.

The loft concept is especially well suited to Dockside Place and to Boston, a city where independence and creativity have long characterized both the people and their architecture. Within each loft, the owner can bring individual design concepts to bear. There will be maintenance superintendent on-site daily at Dockside Place to provide the service that you would expect within a luxury urban housing community.
