This site presents the design plans and decorative scheme for the 2003 renovations of the lobbies and common areas at Dockside Place. The scope of work outlines the range of items that are slated for replacement. Photographs of the plans and display boards that were presented at the unit owners meeting on 1/21/03 are also provided. They present an overview of the replacement furnishings, color scheme and finishes as currently proposed by the design firm, Winter Street Architects.
